Township Ordinances
Burlington Township is not a Zoned community. We do have Ordinances on the books to support the health, safety, and welfare of the community. Requests for information on a specific Ordinance can be sent to Vanessa Hunt, Clerk, at (810) 614-2854 or burlingtontwpclerk24@gmail.com.
Tax Update – April 2026
2025 Tax season is now over at the Township level. Any 2025, or previous years, taxes that have not been paid to the Township are now due to the Lapeer County Treasurer’s Office.
